Ingredients
- 3 c water
- 1 3/8 c am oat flakes
- 1 c mixed fruit (dried)
- 2 tb honey
- 1/4 c slivered almonds
- 2 tb am wheat germ
- 1 ts sea salt
Bring water to a boil; stir in fruit, salt, and honey. Bring to boil again. Add oats; stir; lower heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 15 minutes (stir before serving). Sprinkle each serving with 1-1/2 teaspoon wheat germ and 1 tablespoon almonds. Serve with milk.
