Ingredients
- 700 ml water
- 210 gr am oat flakes
- 140 gr mixed fruit (dried)
- 30 ml honey
- 32 gr slivered almonds
- 16 gr am wheat germ
- 3 gr sea salt
Bring water to a boil; stir in fruit, salt, and honey. Bring to boil again. Add oats; stir; lower heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 15 minutes (stir before serving). Sprinkle each serving with 1- half teaspoon wheat germ and 1 tablespoon almonds. Serve with milk.
