Ingredients
- 8 corn husks (dried)
- 2 increments
- 1 masa harina
- 1/2 chiles poblanos
- 1 3/8 c corn kernels (roasted fresh)
- 14 tb butter
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c jack cheese
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts salt
cheese. Divide masa evenly between the corn husks, roll and tie tamales and steam for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve.
