Ingredients
- 1/4 c ginger (chopped peeled fresh)
- 1/4 c water
- 3 tb vinegar (white)
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 2 tb tomato paste
- 1/4 c onion (chopped)
- 1/4 c celery (chopped)
- 2 tb lemon peel
- 1/2 ts sugar
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 2 minutes. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
