Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 c rice cereal (toasted)
- 1 c butter
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 1/2 ts cayenne pepper
- 1/2 ts salt
Mix butter, flour, cheese and seasonings and stir lightly. By teaspoons, roll into balls and put on a cookie sheet. Dip fork tines into flour and and press into each wafer in a crisscross pattern. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Store in airtight containers till ready to serve!
