Ingredients
- 12 lasagne noodles
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 mozz (grated)
- 2 1/2 c sauce
- 10 oz tofu (drained)
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 1/4 c parmesan (grated)
- 1/4 c parsley (fresh)
Mix mashed tofu with parmesan and garlic. Oil pan -layer noodles with sauce, cheese, mushrooms & tofu mix. top layer should be noodle with sauce & cheese. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes (or 400 for 35 minutes)
