Ingredients
- 12 lasagne noodles
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 mozz (grated)
- 600 ml sauce
- 300 gr tofu (drained)
- 80 gr mushrooms
- 20 gr parmesan (grated)
- 7 gr parsley (fresh)
Mix mashed tofu with parmesan and garlic. Oil pan -layer noodles with sauce, cheese, mushrooms & tofu mix. top layer should be noodle with sauce & cheese. Bake @ 180ºC or 45 minutes (or 200ºC or 35 minutes)
