Ingredients
- 1 tamari
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lb firm tofu
- 1/4 c tahini
- 1/4 c carrots (shredded)
- 1/4 c onion
- 1 tb eggless mayo
- 1 ts mustard
- 1 tb parsley (chopped fresh)
Mash tofu. Add other ingredients and mix well. Spread on toast, pita, crackers, or roll up in lettuce leaves.
