Ingredients
- 1 tamari
- 1 garlic clove
- 475 gr firm tofu
- 60 gr tahini
- 32 gr carrots (shredded)
- 30 gr onion
- 16 gr eggless mayo
- 5 ml mustard
- 2 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
Mash tofu. Add other ingredients and mix well. Spread on toast, pita, crackers, or roll up in lettuce leaves.
