Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove fine (minced)
- 3/8 chablis
- 3/8 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c olive oil extra lite
- 3 tb parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tb oregano (chopped)
- 2 ts soy sauce
- 3 ts black pepper (fresh ground)
- 2 tb basil (fresh minced)
- 1 ts salt
Mix all ingredients into the oil. Stir well. regrifgerate for 2 days. Shake well and pour liberally over salad. Origin: Tony D'Olivo.....Tampa, fl. cieca 1990
