Ingredients
- 1 eggs (beaten)
- 1 flaked tuna fish (canned)
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup rice (cooked)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs mixed (toasted)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tablespoon pimiento (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine ingredients in order given except the water. Pack in greased heatproof mold. Pour water in cooker and place mold on rack in cooker. Pressure cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 30 minutes. Reduce pressure with cool water. Serves 4.
