Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups carrots (grated)
- 1/2 cup string beans (diced)
- 1/2 cup onions (diced)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cabbage (diced)
- 1/2 cup broccoli (diced)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (diced)
- 3 tbsp flour
Mix all the ingredients together shape into patties. Brown patties on both sides place in a baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
