Ingredients
- 1 confectioners sugar
- 280 gr sifted cake flour
- 130 gr softened butter (unsalted)
- 100 gr sifted confectioners sugar
- 100 gr pecans (chopped)
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
until peaks are very light brown, about 7 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack. While still warm (but not hot), use a sifter to sprinkle generously with confectioners' sugar.
