Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 475 gr tomatoes
- 160 gr cottage cheese
- 140 gr onions
- 130 gr carrots
- 85 gr sliced mushrooms
- 65 gr green peppers
- 65 gr mozzarella cheese
- 45 gr grated romano cheese
- 2 gr parsley flakes
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr dried rosemary
Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms, carrots, and peppers until soft. Add tomatoes, parsley, basil, oregano, chili powder, rosemary, and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Mix together the 3 cheeses. Starting with sauce, layer with 8 cooked lasagna noodles and cheese in an 8 x 30 cm casserole. Bake at 190ÂșC or 30 minutes. ----
