Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 190 gr shortening
- 100 gr sugar
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 30 ml water
- 7 gr baking powder
- 3 gr almond extract
- 1 gr salt
Cream shortening and sugars til fluffy. Add egg and extract and beat well. Mix in flour, salt, and baking powder. Roll 1 Tablespoon of dough into a ball. Place 5 cm apart on cookie sheet. Flatten to 5 cm round and place almond in center. Brush with beaten egg yolk and water mixture. Bake at 350` til lightly brown, about 10 minutes. Cool. Store in airtight container. Lilli Beach ----
