Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 almond essence
- 90 gr almonds (ground)
- 70 gr caster sugar
- 70 gr icing sugar
- 5 ml lemon juice
To make the almond paste: Sift the ground almonds and sugars together. Addthe remaining ingredients, mix well and knead lightly on a board.
