Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 600 gr sugar
- 375 gr flour
- 95 gr shortening
- 5 gr almond extract
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package evaporated milk
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and salt, cream well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a very lightly greased dozen cup bundt pan. Put into cold oven; set temperature at 160ÂșC . Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
