Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 575 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 240 ml corn oil
- 200 gr sugar
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 5 ml cream of tartar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr salt
Beat first 6 ingredients together well. Sift remaining ingredients together; add to first mixture, and blend well. Shape dough into small balls. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 190ÂșC or 8 minutes (check before that, so they don't overbake). Makes about 8 dozen. ----
