Ingredients
- 190 gr unbleached flour (white)
- 120 ml warm water
- 30 ml oil
- 12 gr dry yeast
- 3 gr garlic (minced)
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr curry powder
- 1 gr parsley
In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast into water & dissolve. Add the rest of the ingredients in order & beat well. On a floured surface, knead dough lightly for 5 minutes. Form into a round bread & set aside until its has doubled. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC & bake for 45 minutes till light brown.
