Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 600 gr confectioners sugar
- 400 gr sugar
- 400 gr apples
- 250 gr flour
- 230 gr walnuts
- 120 ml oil
- 55 gr butter
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml water
- 9 gr baking soda
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
and sugar; let stand 5 minutes. Stir together eggs, oil and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Blend in egg mixture. Fold in apples and walnuts, mixing well. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 60 minutes or until done. Cool and frost with Lemon Butter Frosting. Frosting: In bowl combine butter, sugar, lemon juice and enough water for spreading consistency; beat well.
