Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 apples (fried)
- 325 gr wheat pastry flour (whole)
- 120 ml honey
- 170 gr raisins
- 120 gr walnuts
- 120 ml warm water
- 65 gr cornstarch
- 34 gr butter
- 30 ml water
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr nutmeg
Blend butter and honey well. Add eggs, water, and apples. Sift together flour, cornstarch, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves into first mixture. Blend well. Add raisins and walnuts. Pour into 3 4.5 x 8.5 x 6 cm loaf pans which have been buttered and lined with brown paper. Bake at 160ÂșC . for 45 minutes. Cut into slices and serve each with a spoonful of sweetened whipped cream on top.
