Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 dill (fresh)
- 1 apple
- 80 ml vegetable broth
- 80 ml wine (white)
- 28 gr non-fat mozzarella
- 5 gr parsley (fresh)
Put cabbage in casserole. Top with onion, apples, cheese and parsley. Put broth in bottom. Cover with foil and bake 180ÂșC until cabbage is tender.
