Ingredients
- 2 garlic pressed (cloves)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 230 gr cheddar cheese
- 120 ml sour cream
- 100 gr macaroni corkscrew
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 16 ml oil
- 10 ml worcestershire sauce
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package garden tomato soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In heavy skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add o nion and garlic, green peppe, garlic and celery and saute until translucent. Ad d beef, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, stirring to break into small pieces. Stir in soup, sour cream, 1- half cups cheese and cooked macaroni. Mix just until combined. Pour into 2- half qt casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
