Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 2 lemon
- 1 oil
- 475 ml beer batter
- 475 ml vanilla ice cream
- 240 ml whipped cream
- 120 ml honey
Peel bananas & split each into 3 sections lengthwise. Dip the sections intobeer batter, shake off excess batter, and slip the bananas into 350 degreecooking oil. Cook on all sides,turning carefully, until batter is crispand golden. Arrange fried bananas on 4 dessert plates and sprinkle withlemon juice and honey. Top with ice cream or flavored whipped cream andserve immediately. If you use whipped cream as a topping flavor it with alittle sugar and almond extract.
