Ingredients
- 400 ml bottles catsup
- 350 ml bottle beer
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 210 gr bottle chili suace
- 140 ml bottle steak sauce
- 120 ml prepared mustard
- 120 ml worcestershire sauce
- 18 gr black pepper
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 6 gr mince garlic
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr salt
Combine all ingredients, except garlic, in saucepan and simmer 30 minutes over medium heat. Add minced garlic before using. Baste meat during last 15 minutes of grilling time.
