Ingredients
- 1 pecan
- 280 gr packed brown sugar
- 240 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 220 gr flour
- 170 gr butter flavored crisco
- 120 gr rice krispies cereal
- 30 ml milk
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr almond extract
- 3 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together until fluffy the almond extract, shortening, brown sugar, milk, vanilla and egg. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt and soda. Add flour mixture to other ingredients, blending well. Stir in chip, pecans and cereal. Place rounded teaspoons of dough on a ungreased cookie sheet. Leaving 5 cm between cookies. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden around the edges. Makes 5 dozen. ----
