Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 black pepper
- 280 gr alaska salmon (canned)
- 220 gr soft bread crumbs
- 60 ml milk
- 40 gr onions
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr parsley
- 1 gr dill weed
Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients. Place in well-greased 8.5 x 4.5 x 6 cm loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes.
