Ingredients
- 250 gr cornmeal
- 475 ml rice milk
- 65 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 60 ml apple juice (frozen)
- 40 gr oat flour
- 40 gr millet flour
- 18 gr baking powder
- 16 gr ener egg replacer
Beaten with 4 tb. water Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the cornmeal, flours and baking powder together and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the dry ingredients. Fold together briefly. Pour into a nonstick 20 cm square pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
