- 2 eggs (hard cooked)
- 1/4 scallions (minced)
- 180 ml nonfat yogurt (plain)
- 70 gr potatoes (red new)
- 16 gr cider
- 10 ml low cal mayonnaise
- 10 gr dijon
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (white)
- 2 slices turkey bacon crumbled (sliced cooked)
vinegar, mustard, basil, salt and pepper. Fold in eggs and bacon. Add potatoes, and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Each serving provides: -20ÂșC at, half protein, 1 bread, 40 calories Per serving: 227 calories
