Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 650 gr flour
- 575 gr sugar
- 350 ml sour cream
- 170 gr butter
- 120 gr semisweet chocolate (pieces)
- 14 gr baking powder
- 8 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 7 gr vanilla
- 3 gr baking soda
- 2 gr salt
Cream butter and first amount of sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder. Alternately add to egg mixture with sour cream. Add vanilla and fold in chocolate pieces. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto greased baking sheets. Combine remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over each cookie. Bake at 190ÂșC dozen minutes.
