- 2 onto prepared cookie shee bake (inches apart)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 measuring
- 200 gr sugar
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 150 gr butter
- 80 ml buttermilk
- 45 gr hersheys cocoa
- 7 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
with additional sugar. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 1 dozen cookies. * To sour milk: Use 1 teaspoon white vinegar plus milk to equal one third cup.
