Ingredients
- 4 beef bouillon (cubes)
- 2 celery
- 1/2 head cabbage (chopped)
- 525 gr tomatoes
- 500 gr kidney beans
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 1 gr garlic salt
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package water in empty tom
Chopped parsley In a Dutch oven, brown beef. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer, covered for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley. Yield 3 litre s. * chopped & liquid reserved
