- 2,800 ml water
- 230 gr beef (ground)
- 150 gr pearl barley
- 130 gr carrots
- 120 gr onion
- 100 gr celery
- 10 gr beef base
- 9 gr butter
- 6 gr chicken base
Salt and pepper Steerman's Quarters, Disney Village Marketplace Saute all vegs in butter until tender. In separate pan, cook beef; drain. Add to vegs. Add bases, water and barley; simmer 30 mins. Season with salt and pepper. ----
