Ingredients
- 1 bone
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml olive oil
- 1 gr mint (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr garlic (minced fresh)
- 1 gr peppercorns
- 1 gr salt
-(12 oz) In small bowl combine all ingredients except peppercorns and steak; set aside. Press crushed peppercorns into steak; broil steak, on rack in broiling pan, 5 cm from heat source, turning once, for about 3 minutes on each side or until done to taste.
