Ingredients
- 1/2 at a time
- 475 ml beef broth
- 450 gr beef top round
- 240 ml dairy sour cream
- 120 gr onion (sliced)
- 80 gr mushrooms
- 60 ml dry wine (white)
- 40 gr wide egg noodles
- 45 ml corn oil
- 20 gr corn starch
- 16 ml catsup
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
