Ingredients
- 10 corn tortillas
- 2 anaheim chiles
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 425 gr pinto beans
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 110 gr cheddar cheese
- 60 gr onion
- 10 slices skillet until ho cook tortilla in oil until golden (light)
brown, about 1 minute; drain. Cook and stir ground beef, chiles, and onion until beef is brown; drain. Heat oven to 180ÂșC . Arrange tortilla strips in bottom of greased rectangular baking dish 13 X 9 X 5 cm. Top with beef mixture, Basic Red Sauce, beans, and cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with Southwest Guacamole and Sour Cream.
