Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tortilla chips
- 500 gr refried beans
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 240 ml sour cream
- 240 ml taco sauce
- 190 gr monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 65 gr green chiles (chopped)
- 65 gr ripe olives (chopped)
- 30 gr green onions including tops (chopped)
Brown beef and crumble in a large skillet. Add onions and cook until transluce nt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread refried beans in the bottom of an 2 cm baking dish; top with meat mixture. Sprinkle chiles, then che eses, then taco sauce over all. Bake at 400�F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle green onions and olives over all. Mound mashed avocado in the ce nter; top with sour cream. Serve with chips.
