Ingredients

- 500 gr beans
- 425 ml soymilk
- 300 gr tomatoes
- 300 gr corn
- 120 gr onions (chopped)
- 90 gr cornmeal
- 60 ml nutritional yeast cheesy -sauce
- 65 gr chilies
- 16 ml olive oil
- 6 gr chili powder
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil an 20 cm square baking pan or spray with a nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheesy sauce. Mix well. Place in prepared pan. Drop cheesy sauce on top by spoonfuls. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. From the files of DEEANNE
