- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 1/2 cilantro (fresh)
- 240 gr rice (cooked)
- 180 ml oil
- 60 ml lime juice
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
Salt Freshly ground black pepper Mix the beans, rice, and cilantro together in a bowl. Place the lime juice in a small bowl and whisk in the oil. Add the onion and garlic and toss with the rice and beans. Add salt and pepper to taste. *
