Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 400 gr sugar
- 375 gr sifted flour
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 24 gr butternut flavoring
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease and flour three 23 cm cake pans of butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix soda and salt into buttermilk until foamy. Add alternately with flour. Add 3 teaspoons flavoring. Pour into prepared pans and bake until done, 20 to 25 minutes. teaspoons flavoring. Add nuts. Spread on cooled cake.
