Ingredients
- 6 ingredients in a bowl
 - 2 asparagus (pieces fresh)
 - 1 anchovy paste
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 300 gr torn romaine lettuce
 - 130 gr cheese tortellini (uncooked)
 - 45 ml lemon juice (fresh)
 - 30 ml water
 - 22 ml olive oil
 - 20 gr parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
 - 10 ml lemon juice mixture
 - 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
 
mixture over lettuce and toss well. Add tortellini mixture, tossing gently to coat. Spoon salad onto serving plates, and sprinkle cheese ontop.
