Ingredients
- 6 boboli shells
- 1 alfalfa sprouts
- 140 gr ripe olives (sliced)
- 120 ml sour cream
- 110 gr cheddar (shredded)
- 4 slices bacon cook (sliced)
- 1 slice avocado peel
Sprinkle cheese and olives over shell. Bake at 230ºC for 10 minutes. Top with avocado and sprouts. Garnish with sour cream and bacon. (wrv)
