Ingredients
- 1 bobolis
- 1 alfalfa sprouts
- 140 gr ripe olives
- 120 ml sour cream
- 110 gr cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon (sliced)
- 1 slice avocado
Sprinkle cheese and olives over Bobolis. Bake at 230ºC for 10 minutes. Top with avocado and sprouts. Garnish with sour cream and bacon.
