Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 3 italian sausages (hot)
- 3 sweet italian sausages
- 16 ml olive oil
- 2 gr sage (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr sage (dried)
- 2 packages cannellini beans
- 1 package italian tomatoes (plum)
- some heat oil in an ovenproof
garlic is golden. Cool and slice sausages into 4 cm pieces. Add tomatoes and beans and simmer until well cooked, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Season to taste. Serves 6.
