Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe
- 230 gr bacon
- 180 ml vegetable oil
- 80 ml honey
- 60 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 18 gr poppy seeds
- 16 ml dijon mustard
- 7 gr onion
- 3 gr salt
- 1 slice onion
Peel cantaloupe and cut into bite-size pieces; arrange on lettuce leaves. Top cantaloupe with onion and crumbled bacon. Drizzle dressing over salad. Blender Poppy Seed Dressing: Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; process on low speed for 30 seconds. Chill thoroughly; stir well before serving. Yield: 1- quarter cups.
