- 2 high sides with foil
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 brewed caf godiva special
- 300 gr sugar

- 160 gr imported chocolate (white)
- 100 gr hazelnuts (chopped toasted)
- 95 gr all purpose flour
- 85 gr bittersweet
- 16 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
from the pan. Fold down the foil sides. Using a 10 cm round cookie cutter, cut out 4 rounds, preserving the scraps for another use. 2.Place one brownie on each plate. Cover with chocolate curls. Spoon the warm sauce around the brownies. Sift sugar over each serving. Contributed by Bon Appetit.
