Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 pkgs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 caramel topping
- 450 ml cream cheese
- 200 gr sugar
- 160 gr flour
- 120 ml sour cream
- 95 gr apple (peeled chopped)
- 75 gr butter
- 34 gr pecans (chopped)
- 16 gr flour
- 2 gr cinnamon
BASE: Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg.
Add flour; mix well. Spread dough onto bottom and sides of 9-inchspringform pan. Bake at 450, 10 minutes.
BODY: Combine cream cheese, one third cup sugar and flour, mixing atmedium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixingwell after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Toss apples inremaining sugar and cinnamon. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pourover crust. Swirl quarter cup caramel topping into cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350, 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool beforeremoving rim of pan. Chill. Top with remaining caramel topping andpecans.
