Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 140 gr unsweetened coconut (finely chopped)
- 120 gr egg substitute
- 110 gr margarine melted
- 110 gr baking powder
- 85 gr raisins
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr maple flavoring
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Beat egg substitute, sugar substitute and maple flavoring in a medium bowl; mix in margarine and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl; stir into egg mixture. Mix in coconut, walnuts and raisins. Spread evenly in greased 20 cm square baking pan. Bake until browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack; cut into squares.
