- 2 jalapeno chili peppers (minced)
- 2 bell peppers (red diced)
- 2 green peppers (diced)
- 2 chicken breasts boned (whole)
- 2 onions (white diced)
- 1/2 reserved seasoning mixture
- 280 gr beef
- 260 gr spicy smoked sausage such
- 90 gr tomato paste
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 34 gr chili powder
- 8 gr cumin (ground)
- 6 gr pure chili (ground)
- 4 gr salt
