- 1 1/2 baking dish
- 1 mayonaise
- 1/2 velveeta (shredded)
- 280 gr cubed chicken (cooked)
- 110 gr soft bread crumbs
- 9 gr melted butter
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml cooking sherry
- 2 packages broccoli (frozen chopped)
- 2 packages cream of chicken soup
broccoli. Cook soup, mayo, lemon juice in pan, add sherry and pour over chicken. CAN FREEZE AT THIS POINT Sprinkle velveeta on top. Take bread crumbs and toss in butter. Sprinkle crumbs on top of cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes. Check at 15-20 minutes. If browning rapidly, cover. Can add more chicken or broccoli, there is plenty of sauce. Enjoy.
